Kia Cee'd: Fuel Delivery System / Filler-Neck Assembly Repair procedures

Removal

1.	Lift the vehicle.

2.	Disconnect the fuel filler hose (A), leveling hose (B) and the ventilation hose (C).

3.	Open the fuel filler door and then remove the filler-neck installation screw (A).

4.	Remove the rear-LH wheel, tire, and the inner wheel house (A).

5.	Remove the filler-neck assembly from the vehicle after removing the bracket installation bolt (A).

Installation

Installation is reverse of removal.

Filler-neck assembly bracket installation bolt :

3.9 ~ 5.9 N.m (0.4 ~ 0.6 kgf.m, 2.9 ~ 4.3 lb-ft)

Filler-neck assembly installation screw :

7.8 ~ 11.8 N.m (0.8 ~ 1.2 kgf.m, 5.8 ~ 8.7 lb-ft)
