Replacement
[Front Door Outside Handle]
1.
Remove the hole plug (B).
2.
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the front door outside handle cover (A).
Tightening torque :
6.9 ~ 10.8 N.m (0.7 ~ 1.1 kgf.m, 5.1 ~ 8.0 lb-ft)

3.
Remove the front door outside handle (A) by sliding it rearward.

4.
Disconnect the front door outside handle connector (A).

5.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
  
Make sure the connector is connected properly.
Make sure the door locks/unlocks and opens/closes properly.

In order to remove the door outside handle casing, use the tools shown in the following figure
[Tooling Diagram]

① Upholstery clip remover
② Screwdriver (Hexagon type No. 6)
1.
Remove the front door outside handle.
2.
Remove the mounting screw (A).

3.
Slide the handle pad forward for better access (B).

4.
Using the Upholstery clip remover dissasemble the handle casing (C).
  
Make sure not to damage or scratch plastic parts or painted surface.

5.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
  
Make sure the connector is connected properly.
Make sure the door locks/unlocks and opens/closes properly.
